Hola Hola! Garrett and I have been busy workin away at my parents house packing and moving. While in between we are trying to also move into our apartment. Its a cluttered mess and it was worse yesterday. We are trying to get as much done as we can in such a little amount of time! Hopefully we will be done and living here soundly by the end of the week.

On a lighter note, we got back from Mexico on Saturday and I thought I could tell you guys a little about our trip!! Garrett had never been out of the country so he and I both were so excited to get out of the U.S! We stayed in a nice resort called Hacienda Encantada Just a resort down the road from the one that Jennifer Anniston Stays at!! WOO! Anyways, Its about a 15-20 minute drive into downtown Cabo. Almost every day Garrett and I would catch a Shuttle that drove in and we would go to the beach and do fun activities. The We got there Saturday and On Monday we started all the fun. We went down to the marina looking for a way to a grocery store and we ended up being pushed into buying a parasailing/snorkeling package from a very pushy man. So monday we went parasailing which was AMAZING!! If you ever get the chance to say you have done it, DO IT! It seriously was such a beautiful and amazing experience. Realizing what it felt like to be the kite instead of the kite flyer was something Garrett and I both will never forget! Especially flying over Cabo made it that much better!

The next day was our Snorkel Cruise on the Cabo Escape boat. It was a three hour cruise with fun dancing, lunch, snorkeling of course with the equipment, and for the drinkers...drinks were included in the ticket. We made some friends on the boat who were getting a little tipsy as the ride went on. The fish were beautiful! The water was a little murky but, eh, what can you do!? It was super fun and as always seeing the fish your swimming with freaks me out. I was trying so hard to stay on the surface of the water while Garrett is trying his hardest to touch one, reaching out with his hands every few seconds and then they would sadly scatter away. We loved it and had such a blast definitely a great addition to the Honeymoon!

The rest of the week ended up being just as great as those two adventurous days. I slowly was getting very into my book called "Amy and Roger's Epic Detour" and would read it by the pool while garrett fell asleep with his ipod in his ears the majority of the time.

Our favorite little spot to eat while we were there, (All credit goes out to Mikel Horton) was called Gardenias. It defiantly isn't in the best location for tourists but it doesn't mean they can't serve you some of thee BEST fish tacos you will ever eat. Mm my mouth just watered. Garrett and I would order two Cokes (that come in the glass bottle made with the delicious sugar cane) and two fish tacos each and the total came out to be $8 It was our favorite meal!! The little old lady who runs the store is so sweet and you can tell she just cares for her costumers so much! Her name is Ulga and I wanted to bring her home to make me fish tacos every day. But of course they catch the fish probably the day of so it wouldn't even matter if I brought her home. But if you ever go to Cabo San Lucas, Gardenias is the first place you eat.

The rest of the week was super fun, hanging out at the pool going to different restaurants, going to the beach! We really enjoyed our trip. What I learned from it is, How to say I don't smoke, No Thank you, and How much is this in spanish Over and Over again. Garrett turned out to be the spanish King! Whipping out random sentences! He's just so great. I also learned to never drink their water or eat a hamburger from the airport, or to buy steak you think looks good in the store and then after its cooked its shoe leather. Don't do what we did. Gross. Gotta love Cabo. Ohhh man, Viva La Mexico.

"If you don't come to cabo and get a picture of the arch, its like you were never here! Like if you were to go to Disney Land and not get a picture with Micky Mouse!"
-Every person in mexico who wanted to take us to the arch.
